2020/2021 Board

Mia Harris - Co-President

Mia Harris is a Senior at the University of Washington Bothell studying Media & Communications, and Law, Economics, Public Policy. She coaches debate at Climb the Mountain Speech & Debate. She also works for UWB in their Alumni Engagement department. Mia is the Vice President of UWB Speech and Debate team, participates in the Outdoors Wellness Leader activities, and volunteers at her past elementary school. Mia's passion for service began in K-12, where she worked with homeless veterans in her hometown. Starting her fourth year in the club, she will be one of our Co-President this year.

Nathaniel Gibbs - Co-President

Nathaniel Gibbs, a Senior at the University of Washington Bothell studying Business Administration with a focus on innovation and technology. He has enjoyed volunteering at his church’s vacation bible school as well as serving in the elected position of building and grounds committee. Nathaniel is a theatre technician for the Northshore School District, specializing in audio engineering district-wide as well as being the sound designer for the Woodinville High School Theatre Company. He is a bike and certified ski technician providing his customers the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. With both of his jobs, teamwork, leadership, and mentoring are key skills needed for the job. He hopes he can use the skills he has to be an active Rotaract member. Nathaniel has been a member of the Rotaract Club at UW Bothell since the fall of 2018 and is excited to continue his work this year as one of our Co-President.

Erin Smith - Director of Public Relations

Erin is a Senior at the University of Washington Bothell studying Law, Economics, and Public Policy. This is her second year being involved with Rotaract and we are excited to have her on board. In the upcoming school year, Erin will take the lead on projects focusing on mental health on campus. She has always strived to serve her community and in high school was actively involved in key club. Her passion is helping others to make the world a better place one community at a time. Starting her first year in the club, Erin will be our Secretary this year.

Borna Borhani - Director of New Generations

Borna Borhani is a Senior at the University of Washington Bothell studying Applied Computing with a minor in Business Administration. He spends his time serving as a mentor of a Junior Youth Group and/or serving as a tutor for the Ruhi study circles set by the Ruhi institute created in Colombia. Borna first joined Rotaract in the Fall quarter of 2016 at Bellevue College and has been serving ever since, recently joining UW Bothell’s Rotaract Club in the Spring 2019. He hopes to use the skills he has acquired through the Junior Youth program and the Ruhi study circles to serve as the Director of New Generations.


Kohl Dybdahl - Director of Club Marketing

Kohl Dybdahl is a Senior at the University of Washington Bothell studying Media and Communications Studies and Mathematical Thinking and Visualization. He has been a graphic designer for six years and has held multiple positions in clubs and organizations such as UW Bothell's Campus Events Board as a designer. Kohl has been doing volunteer work since high school through organizations like Kiwanis Key Club and Circle K in college. His passions include exploring the outdoors, science, and helping others. This is Kohl's second year in Rotaract. He will serve as the Director of Club Marketing. 

Audrey Tinnin - Director of Community Service

Audrey is a graduate of the University of Washington Bothell in Culture, Literature, and the Arts. She has worked with the Orientation and Transition Program, to help incoming students. On-campus, Audrey was involved in the Sustainability Club and Outdoor Wellness activities. She is motivated by a desire to both serve and learn from others. Audrey will primarily focus on planning events through collaborating with other service-focused organizations within the community. This will be her second year in the club, and she will be serving as Director of Community Service. 

Carol Lee - Advisor & Woodinville Rotary Liaison

Carol is our Advisor and Woodinville Rotary Liaison, aka "Rotary Mom." Originally from Hawaii, Carol enjoyed a successful career in Retail Buying/Merchandising at Bloomingdales NYC, Gap, and Emporio Armani, then worked for GTE in telecommunications management, living in Washington for 20 years. She currently serves as the Rotary Club of Woodinville's New Generations Director and our Rotaract Club's founding champion.  With a heart for youth mentoring, Carol finds joy in showcasing the talents and passions of young professionals who are ready to impact the world. She creates opportunities to connect our Rotaractors with real life experiences for professional development and engages us to make a difference. Carol loves all things Rotary, especially serving alongside Rotarians of any age, who are young at heart and believe in our secondary motto: Having Fun is Serious Business.
